  1. Your video about selsun blue to reduce dander has helped us so much. We had a beagle dumped in our yard. He’s so old, we didn’t want to take him to a shelter, but we have allergies. The selsun blue bath every 2 weeks has worked wonders.

  2. Where does Frontline spray fit in? Its topical and i hate any chemicals but sometimes i just need to get rid of the fleas asap

  3. Comfortis isn’t new, it’s just a brand of Spinosod which has been around since the late 80s, and the drug studies show it to be incredibly safe in trials. There have been zero deaths reported, and no adverse side effects aside from nausia and vomitting in dogs with sensitivities.

Some of those drugs do carry some serious risks, and all drugs carry some. But fear-mongering and painting all medications as some sort of big Pharma conspiracy is also dangerous. If you’ve never lived in an area infested with fleas, where every one of those holistic alternatives fails miserably, then you too would comb through all the trial data and all of the submitted documentations of the different drugs like I’ve had to.

Comfortis’s main ingredient (spinosad) is a naturally occurring bacterium found in sugarcane that effects some insects (one of which is fleas). It’s incredibly limited, so it’s not very popular, but it is effective against fleas with no significant side effects in mammals and has been for decades.

I have no doubt that some dogs somewhere has probably gotten sick on comfortis, but it isn’t this monster cancer-causing murder drug that you’re claiming it to be.

Don’t make claims without evidence. I’m unsubscribing.

  4. I gave Bravecto 90 days to my maltipoo. Within a week, she had a bad seizure, ataxia, and weakness. We thought she was going to die. No more chemicals for my fur babies.
